As the beginning of summer is here, this customer requested a panel be installed in his bedroom window which would allow for a air conditioning extractor hose to be fixed too it. This makes the air conditioning unit a lot more efficient as the cold air inside doesn’t escape through a gap in the window. This customer will be getting some good nights sleep and cheaper energy bills as the air conditioning doesn’t have to work as hard to maintain a cooler temperature ❄️❄️

The windows in this house in Sawbridgeworth needed some attention due to a number of issues:

* Various blown double glazed units
* Broken handles
* Faulty locking mechanisms
* Window frames loose and insecure
* Difficult to open/close

We carried out the following:

* A number of replacement hinges to various windows due to difficulty closing/gaps in the frame

* Replacment double glazed units to replace old blown ones

* Replacement double glazed unit for conservatory door with cat flap

* Adjustments of various doors due to not closing properly

* Replacement of old deteriorated rubber gaskets in all windows

* Replacement handles for a UPVC door

*Replacement shoot bolt lock for UPVC French doors

Another service and adjustment on a set of UPVC French doors in Harlow. Customer couldn’t close the doors properly. Although the customer can now operate the doors the customer was warned this may not last as the hinges had seen better days and may need a replacement in the near future ✅

Customer in Harlow called us due to there door hanging off its hinges. Attended same day and found the screws holding the top hinge had snapped off. Removed snapped screws and refitting hinge with new screws.

Carried out a service and adjustment now the door operates as if it was brand new ✅🚪

Not posted in a while but it’s been a busy few months. This local customer gave us a call as he couldn’t shut his window. We responded within 4 hours and found the hinges had completely distorted which caused the window to be jammed open. Supplied and fitted new hinges while on site ✅

This customer wanted a different smarter solution to the obscure glass previously installed in her bathroom. We suggested fitting obscure satin units which the customer loved the look of. All supplied and fitted by us ✅ 🪟

Customer also asked if we could change the configuration of her lock on the front door so she wouldn’t need a key to enter the property every time the door closed. This was also carried out at the same time while on site. ✅ 🔐
