We listened. Beautiful in design, yet simple in construction.

What people wanted was outdoor kitchens that suited the British outdoors. The Grillo Forge was born, its clean, natural lines complement any property. Grillo Vantage followed soon after and is a true statement that takes its cue from the original Grillo Forge kitchen. The darker colours of the Vantage gives it a sleeker more contemporary feel, but both kitchens blend into almost every environment

from a central London roof terrace to a rural Grade II-listed barn conversion. Grillo Outdoor Kitchens are based in Cambridge, England, we design and manufacture our kitchens in the UK.

Serial entertainers, but short on space
 Sara and her husband had a choice – try to extend their cosy mid-19th century cottage without spoiling its character, or build a year-round outdoor extension to their living space. The latter approach proved to be not only easier, but completely transformative.

DIY SOS Harlow

This outdoor kitchen transformation, featured on BBC's DIY SOS, was created for Butterfly Effect Wellbeing charity. Their mission is to support people facing life challenges through community and connection.

That's why we were pleased to donate an outdoor kitchen to a cause that we're proud to play a small part in supporting, helping to transform this space into something that can be used, shared, and enjoyed for years to come. In the BBC episode, Angie saw the outdoor kitchen and stated “It’s amazing times 10 million” during her heartfelt tour of the newly refurbished center.

BUILT BRITISH. BUILT STRONG. BUILT BEAUTIFUL.

We design and manufacture our outdoor kitchens right here in England. For everything we make, our mantra is simple: It has to be tough. It has to be beautiful. It has to be low maintenance.

Back when we launched Vantage, we needed a way to demonstrate its rock-solid construction. Using a forklift and a degree of poetic licence with what the car’s insurers might consider to be ‘business use’, we parked a Corsa (VXR NĂŒrburgring Edition) on four unmodified shelf cabinets. A lot has changed since then, but the engineers’ ironclad design approach hasn’t.

In East Yorkshire, this Grillo outdoor kitchen sits at the center of it all. Set within a sunken entertaining space, with relaxed seating alongside, it creates a natural progression from cooking to dining, before settling into the hot tub as the light fades.

THAT'S A WRAP. AND A BRISKET....

Thursday’s Grillo Meat Up saw some of our favourite garden designers, landscapers, and outdoor living professionals visiting a buzzing evening at Surrey London Stone.

Our Grillo Smokehouse Sliders disappeared as fast as we sent them out from the Grill Rover kitchen, while our signature Smoke Wagon Spritz proved exactly why it’s wise to bring a designated driver.

A huge thank you to all of the trades people who joined us, and a special thanks to London Stone, PC Landscapes and Karen McClure Garden Design for sharing their expertise during our panel on zoning for outdoor living.

The RagĂșnator

While every Bolognese is a RagĂč, not every RagĂč is a Bolognese. Luckily, The RagĂșnator isn't too concerned with the distinction. Adam takes leftover RagĂč and gives it a new home atop pizza, layering it with mozzarella before baking it in the Gozney Dome Gen 2. Finished with creamy Stracciatella, Parmigianino and a generous scattering of fresh basil, it's a clever reinvention of a family favourite.

This outdoor kitchen in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire is a huge u-shape kitchen with an island in the middle consisting of four Bar Table and Stool Cabinets. Amongst the many features of this kitchen configuration, the Bull Gas Grill is the engine that powers it all from the center of the U-shape, the Gozney Pizza oven in the corner and The Big Green Egg provide versatile alternative cooking options. There is ample storage and worktop space, perfect for hosting large parties and making full meals out in this wonderful garden space.
