Ready and set up for the next in person glass workshop

These sessions are designed to do more than fill a day.

Here’s what participants consistently walk away with:

• Mental clarity after a period of uncertainty
• Renewed self-belief through completing something tangible
• Improved focus and presence
• A shift from overthinking into action
• Stronger connection with others in the room
• A visible symbol of forward progress
• A boost in motivation to take their next step

When someone creates something from raw materials and sees it take shape, it reinforces something powerful:

“I can build again.”

That matters , especially for people rebuilding confidence, direction and momentum in the work place.

And when that belief shifts, so does how they show up.

In their work, the decision making and in life.

Creative space improves performance because it creates a space for reflection to restore clarity and confidence.

How do you stay creative ?

I can’t be”leaf” this was a week ago already…🤪

A room full of strangers coming together to create glass leaves for The Deer Park pavilion

leaving with smiles, swapped numbers, and actual community happening in real time.

People were chatting about future projects
(Adult Scouts, anyone? 😄)

Sharing ideas, sharing energy, sharing “what’s next for you? “

And that gorgeous moment when someone says:
“I’ve been meaning to do something creative again for years…”

This is why I do these glass workshops.

It’s never just about the glass.

It’s about slowing down, connecting, and leaving feeling more like you again, with a determination that changes things.

If you’d love a glass experience like this for your group, workplace or community, pop me a message and let’s chat.

Exploring glass workshops for the guiding community 😁

After a powerful conversation with Sarah Lou we’re now actively developing upcycling glass workshops for the guiding community

not as a “nice craft session”, but as a serious way to build confidence, focus and emotional resilience in young people through creative work.

I’m a glass artist of 30 years, trained in emotional wellbeing and at heart, I’m a Creativity Connector.

I design experiences that use making to build inner strength, not just skills.

If you lead a youth organisation. community group, or team in your workplace and you’re responsible for more than just activities message me.

I’d love to see share how these workshops can help.

What a brilliant response to the glass workshop coming up at The Deer Park for their new pavilion!

We’ll be there Sunday 8th February working with members of the public to create glass leaves for installation when the new building is complete!
