Arrochar Crafts Presents...
Next up for Arrochar Crafts Presents is the Early Summer Craft Fair at Luss Village Hall .
On Saturday 27th June we will be hosting a craft event in Luss Village Hall. The doors open from 10 til 3 and entry is completely free.
This is a great wee hall situated on the banks of Loch Lomond. There are 2 very big carparks in the village and lots of lovely things to look at. You can book a boat trip across the loch or just walk around the village.
While you meander about pop into the hall to see us. There will be 10 local crafters selling fabulous gifts and souvenirs. So whether you are local , visiting for the day or a tourist on a coach trip there will be something for you.
The hall is animal friendly so feel free to bring your dogs in.
Over the next couple of weeks we will be posting a little bit about the fabulous crafters attending so keep popping back to see us.

Julia Totes Amazin makes lots of amazing bags and gift ideas including these quirky pencil cases. She will have some with her at the Helensburgh & Lomond Artisans Association Craft Fair in Luss Tomorrow in the village Hall between 10 and 4pm. Entry is free.

☀️Another commissioned bag for a fellow artisan completed. Plenty big enough for a weekend away. It has a zipped pocket on the front, sleeve on the bag to attach to a suitcase and pocket to carry a water bottle.

✈️ Another EasyJet compatible bag completed for one of my daughter’s friends. There are a few tweaks from when I made hers, the water bottle holder now has bungee cord which can be tightened with the toggles and the inside zipped pocket is removable. It was difficult to get a good photo of the inside.

These are the upcoming events that I will be at. Only a selection of my items at the pop-up shop on 23rd May though.

At the last fair I was at, a lady suggested that a water bottle carrier would be great especially for festivals but also for those who like to walk but bring some water with them. This is based on my wine bottle gift bag but is a little wider to accommodate those larger water bottles. I’ve also put the clasps on the holder rather than the adjustable strap, that way you can attach the holder to a bag or backpack easily. Who needs one with a pocket for phone/keys/ money etc? I’ll try that next.

I’ve made a few more shark pencil cases🦈 and some fish zipper pulls. I experimented with a piece of heavy weight tarpaulin which was actually quite difficult to work with so I won’t be making any more from that. The fish worked out very well 😊
