🍂 A little update from Homeworks Yorkshire…
There’s quite a lot going on behind the scenes at the moment, so I thought it was time for a proper update!
As the seasons start to change, our product offering changes slightly too. Over the next few weeks we’ll be making room for autumn and winter stock, while continuing to build on the ranges that you’ve told us you like.
From October, our new Christmas lights will start arriving, along with fan heaters and oil-filled radiators for when the colder weather eventually catches up with us!
We’ve also been working hard on our tools and torches, with more choice than we’ve ever had before, alongside autumn garden products and seed ranges.
We’ve also got a new idea coming for our bird seed range. I won’t give too much away just yet, but it’s something a little different that I hope will offer better choice and value for our customers. More on that soon!
Our Soudal and TIMCO ranges are continuing to grow too. Both have been really well received since we introduced them, and the feedback on the quality has been great, so it makes sense for us to keep expanding them.
We’ve also got some of our best-ever battery offers coming, which we’re planning to run right through until Christmas Eve.
Away from the shelves, there are a few other things happening too.
Our local delivery service is now available for those times when you need something but simply can’t get it home yourself. If it’s bulky, heavy or you’re just struggling to get into Helmsley, have a word with us and we’ll see what we can do.
From October, customers who have joined our loyalty card and signed up to receive updates will also start seeing a new newsletter-style update from us, with offers, new products and news from the shop.
And on Thursdays, I’m going to start showcasing some of our products through short videos. I want to highlight some of the great local products we buy, show you some of the new things we’re bringing in and, hopefully, give some useful advice on what products actually do and how best to use them.
There’s plenty more I’m working on, but I’ll save some of that for another day!
