Possibly the worst mineral deposit iv seen on these brand new windows and doors 🫣💦
After many years of being blamed, questioned and asked to return I feel we need to cover this area….. 🫣💦
Mineral deposits are left behind when water containing minerals such as calcium and magnesium dries on the glass and frames. Over time, these deposits can build up and become stubborn, leaving your windows and doors looking cloudy or stained even after a regular clean. The water we use does not leave this kind of staining as it’s purified water that has been put through multiple filters and resin to remove any minerals.
⚠️ **Please note:** Mineral deposit removal is **not included in our standard window cleaning price**.
Removing these deposits is a specialist process that can require additional products, equipment and, most importantly, a significant amount of extra time and labour compared with a normal window clean.
Our regular window cleaning removes everyday dirt, dust, grime and marks — but mineral staining requires additional restoration work.
If your windows have mineral deposits that you’d like removed, just get in touch and we can assess them and provide a separate price for the additional work!
