You asked !!! Super simple way to get free plants !
Let me know how you get on !

I find it such a thrill to grow myself some free plants ! This year I’m particularly keen to Propagate as much as I can for our community garden! This week I have done lavender, rosemary and I’m trying to propagate my curry plant for the first time. Anyone else obsessed by getting free plants from cuttings?

I love being part of this fabulous garden

Is your suncream doing more harm than good?
Thought I would repost this from my holidays last year, when you find something that works and takes care of the planet you should make sure you spread the word.
suncream is the only one I trust!

Just passing on the good stuff.

I’m so excited to finally share some news with you...

After years of using their products, I’ve officially become a Tropic Ambassador.

This wasn’t a decision I took lightly. As many of you know, I only work with brands whose values genuinely align with my own, and Tropic’s commitment to creating naturally derived skincare while giving back to people and the planet made this feel like the perfect fit.

From planting trees to supporting communities, they’re proving that beauty really can be a force for good and that’s something I’m proud to be part of.

I’d love you to join me on this conscious beauty journey. If you’re looking for skincare that’s kinder to your skin and kinder to the planet, my Tropic shop is now open via the link in my bio, and I’m here to help you find the products that are right for you.

I also can’t wait to share some of my personal favourites with you, including the suncare products I’ve been using for years and my gradual tan secret that so many of you ask me about!

Stay tuned… there’s so much more to come.

Caffeine addicts listen up…..

Don’t throw those coffee grounds away! My favourite delicatessen in Henley kindly gave me these for our community garden.

But before you sprinkle them all over your garden… there’s a right way to use them.

ā˜• Add them to your compost, they’re a great source of organic matter
ā˜•ļøMix well into your compost rather than using thick layers directly on the soil
ā˜•ļøThey can help improve your compost pile and make use of something you’d otherwise throw away

So… coffee first, compost second
