To some it's just a door but to me fitting it, it's got to be something I'm proud of and this one here is exactly that! A unique style which perfectly suits this property, so unique it also had a unique colour. So all external trims I had to cut to suit before spraying each one to match the door and 2 side windows. What once was a cold draughty door. Is now a high security, fully insulated new composite door built and fitted to last!

🏡 HERNE BAY, WHITSTABLE, CANTERBURY & SURROUNDING AREAS — WE'D LOVE YOUR OPINION! 🏡
🤔 WHAT IF THERE WAS A DIFFERENT WAY TO BUY YOUR NEW WINDOWS & DOORS?
We're considering introducing something a little different here at The Certified Window Company Ltd, and we'd genuinely love to know what local homeowners think!
💭 Here's the idea...
When you have new windows, doors or even a conservatory installed, it's normal to pay a deposit to the installation company to cover the cost of ordering your products.
BUT WHAT IF YOU HAD MORE CONTROL OVER WHERE YOUR MONEY GOES? 💷
Imagine a service where:
✅ We visit your property and professionally measure and survey everything.
✅ We help you choose the right windows, doors or conservatory for your home.
✅ Rather than paying us a large deposit for materials, you purchase them DIRECTLY FROM THE MANUFACTURER!
✅ You know exactly who is supplying your products and where your money is going.
✅ We still take care of the process! Should any issues arise with manufacturing, damaged products or items requiring remakes, we'll liaise directly with the manufacturer, chase replacements and help get everything resolved.
✅ We then carry out the professional installation, finishing everything to our usual high standards.
✅ You still benefit from our experience, workmanship and professional installation service.
In other words, you gain more control over your money without being left to deal with manufacturers or potential problems on your own! 🤝
The aim would be to make the entire process as straightforward and stress-free as possible.
💷 MORE TRANSPARENCY. MORE CUSTOMER CONTROL. MORE CHOICE.
And don't worry — we'd still offer our traditional supply-and-installation service for customers who prefer everything handled under one roof.
❤️ NOW HERE'S WHERE WE NEED YOUR HELP!
We're genuinely interested in what YOU think.
Would you feel more comfortable purchasing your windows and doors directly from the manufacturer, knowing exactly where your money is going, while still having an experienced installation company overseeing the process?
🟢 A — YES! I'd love having more control over my money and purchases.
🔵 B — NO! I'd rather pay one company to handle everything.
🟡 C — MAYBE! I'd certainly be interested in finding out more.
👇 COMMENT A, B OR C BELOW!
And if you have any concerns, questions or suggestions about how this might work, we'd genuinely love to hear them!
At The Certified Window Company Ltd, we're always looking at ways to improve our services, build trust and offer customers a better experience.
After all, it's your home and your hard-earned money. We believe you should have choices about how you spend it.

It’s always great to hear that a customer is happy with the work 😊

This lovely message was sent to us directly by a recent customer. They don’t use Facebook or Google to leave reviews, so they kindly shared their feedback with us this way:

Scott from Certified Window Company recently installed a new front door for us. I cannot speak too highly of the service we received from Scott from initial consultation to completion. The quality of the door and fittings is high- end and Scott's workmanship is exceptional. It was a pleasure doing business with Scott and I won't hesitate to engage him again in future should the need arise. Andrew Tyler

All the best Scott.
