We have exciting news ! We are expanding !! As some may already know that we have had unit 1 and 3 for a number of years . Last week we took the keys to unit 2. Over the coming weeks and months we will be transforming unit 2 into our new bench workshop with a brand new office. Leaving unit 1 to be solely for the machines , unit 2 for assembly and unit 3 staying as our spray shop and final assembly . Upstairs in unit 3 will be the new bait room once the office has moved. This all follows upgrading our spindle moulder and planer/thicknesser in the last few months to new more efficient machinery. With the idea to take on another apprentice and take the business forward for the next generation.

This door and frame was manufactured in our workshop in Acomb and installed a couple weeks back replacing a tired and draughty door. The design changed slightly to allow more light in and add some lovely leads and films to the glass. High security heritage door lock included which gives the look of a traditional Yale lock but with a modern locking mechanism. All made using Accoya Wood and Coastal Group hardware with Elmbridge UKsupplied paints. We are now taking bookings for the end of this year so please get in touch if you are looking for wooden windows and doors that are built to last 🔨🔨

This week we completed a full house of windows and doors in Sunderland. The customer was keen to keep the windows and doors looking as original as possible. We took the time to take rubbings of the leads and had our trusty glaziers manufacture some lovely replacement double glazed units . Using Accoya Wood and Coastal Group . Elmbridge UK supplied paints and stains. The customer was over the moon with the results and we are delighted to hear that 😊🔨🔨
