Hi veryone, a quick post to show you some of the lovely altered bottles and jars created with Pebeo High Viscosity Acrylics, tissue paper, glue and glitter. Tomorrow we are doing Christmas Stencils with pastes and glitter. As usual we are on the top floor of Tea at Blandings in Hexham from 1-3 p.m.

Hi veryone,

Change of plan for tomorrow, we will tackle canvases next week but will be doing triple embossing tomorrow. Such a fab technique that leaves your item looking as though it is ceramic. As usual we will be a the wonderful Tea at Blandings in Hexham from 1-3 p.m.

Hi Everyone. Time to get myself out of the sin bin and update my posts. I will start with this week's sample of a fantasy bottle which is what we will be making tomorrow at the workshop. As usual on the top floor of Tea at Blandings from 1-3 pm. Hope you like it. More posts to follow showing the wonderful things that have been made over the last couple of weeks or so. Good evening. Here is a picture of the sample for the workshop tomorrow. We are doing two weeks of tissue decoupage on glass with chalk paint base. This week is a vintage effect jar and next week we will be making a fantasy version as a complete contrast. As usual we will be at Tea at Blandings in Hexham from 1-3 p,m, and looking forward to a lovely cup of hot chocolate.

Dear Everyone, firstly thank you and welcome to the new likes. I am sorry for the patchy post over the past few weeks. As some of you know I lost my much loved mum and best friend on the 31st May. The workshop is on tomorrow at Tea at Blandings in Hexham from 1-3 p.m. I hope to be back to posting samples and pictures of the wornderful items made at the workshop soon.

Hi Everyone

First post is the samples for tomorrow. We are working again with acetate but this time as an overlay. As usual I got distracted while crafting and did one with and one without as I was playing with the Write and Rub foiling pen. I am really impressed with the results, it provides just enough highlight and looks very professional. As usual we will be at Tea at Blandings in Hexham tomorrow from 1-3 p.m.

Good Evening Everyone. Just a quick post of the samples for the workshop on Tuesday. We are mixing stamping, inking and zentangle to create a faux ribbon card that can be customised with any greeting you need. The pink and blue card is mine and my lovely friend Jan made the beautiful spring coloured card. I find it really handy to have a few cards like this made up so that you can just add an appropriate greeting when you are short of time. We are at Tea at Blandings (formerly Bee in the Butterfly) Cafe in Hexham from 1-3 p.m. I had the most fantastic scone last week, cheese and wholegrain mustard, not to mention the choice of 3(!) types of hot chocolate.
