Our hallway is coming together nicely. I had rejected 6 pieces before finally finding this beautiful sideboard😍. Fell in love with the mirror. Sadly it wasn't big enough. However, adding in the 2 sunburst mirrors brought it altogether nicely 👌

Beauty found in nature. We recently celebrated our 10th year wedding anniversary. We had to cancel our plans (as everyone did 2020) and so instead, we enjoyed a week in the Isle of White. Out on a run, I spotted these charming clam shells. So I decided to keep one as a ring bowl. It is a unique item for me to place my beloved engagement ring and wedding ring. It also reminds me of a wonderful week, on a quaint, local island. I decided to leave it "oh natural" as this reflects the beauty of the beach. I felt a bit silly running with a shell in my hand but sometimes silly is what we need. 💫🏃‍♀️🤣

Dare to be different. This is my alternative to a bedside cabinet. Traditional bedrooms go for 2 matching bedsides. Before buying an item stop and think through the following: what do I want to use it for, how much will I use it, how much storage space does it need to have, do I actually like looking at this item- does it make me feel happy.
