I haven’t posted in a while due to a little break then coming back and catching Covid 🤦‍♂️
Luckily the customer let me do this job in isolation as it’s a converted garage and I can honestly say it’s my favourite job to date!
This was a dark room with no window or any ventilation so I cut out the hole in the wall and fitted the window. I rendered and sealed the outside, plaster boarded skimmed and fitted the window board internally.
As usual I put a lot of prep into this but it was totally worth it, I absolutely love the colour and the way it all turned out!

Was nice working outside in the sunshine for a change. The lead had cracked around the chimney so had to take off the surrounding tiles, repair the wood, replace and dress the lead tray. Put the roof tiles back with quite a few reclaimed ones. Looks good n jobs a good’n with more more leaks and I even cleaned out the guttering whilst up there.

A bit more prep than was anticipated with all the holes and cracks in the bedroom walls and ceiling plus the bathroom ceiling but I still managed to get it all fixed and both double coated in 2 days 😁
