If you need to take a breath this week, take a leisurely stroll to the supermarket or corner shop , pick up a few ingredients and get baking . Wow what a night! Last night I spent a couple of hours with the most wonderful group of people at for some cupcake decorating fun. We had a blast and for a group who had never tried this before their cupcakes were flippin’ amazing.
Thank you for setting up this gorgeous space where people can connect through a love of creativity.

Life rises and falls in its own rhythm. Some days feel light and easy, others feel messy and uncertain, a bit like baking. The dough doesn’t always behave, the timing isn’t always perfect, and the oven decides to play up.

But mindfulness reminds us that we don’t need perfect conditions to find peace. We just show up, breathe, knead, wait, and trust the process.

Today I’m choosing to slow down, be present, and enjoy the simple rhythm of baking. One cake, one moment at a time.
