10 years. A whole decade of The Pattern Principle 🤍
Before this was even an idea, there was another pivotal moment — meeting my husband in Nottingham who had started a business in Manchester, and a move to West Yorkshire was already on the horizon. That change in life set the wheels in motion for everything that followed.
What began as an idea grew into a life’s journey — shaped by a love of interiors, years in textile buying and the reality of balancing a career with two young children in an industry that didn’t flex!
So, with the encouragement of Craig aka ‘the husband’ The Pattern Principle was born.
From working with one curtain maker to building an in-house team, navigating COVID, industry highs, big changes, and now evolving into a smaller, agile business, we’ve adapted every step of the way.
We’ve faced challenges both globally and locally, but we’re still here. Still on the high street. Still creating, listening, and problem-solving for your homes.
We wouldn’t be here without the people behind the scenes — our fitters, decorators, seamstresses, delivery teams, our customers and the support of our family which means everything.
10 years on, we’re still passionate about what we do: listening to you and creating homes that truly reflect who you are.
The kids have grown - they have opinions too, the husband is still here and a big shout out to Tracey for navigating the good ship PP with me!
