A little fruity selection of new Random Acts of Crochet Kindness that went out today!

I left some in a nearby park and at my local post office for people to find and hopefully add a little bit of joy to their day!

The patterns by Hook Stories by Stamatina🧶 are perfect! So quick to make and just adorable! I already have my eye on the new veg bundle!

Fun fact about me is that after 🐍🕷️ (can’t even type the words!😂), my least favourite animal in the world are…. Geese 🪿

Yep I hate them. Horrible creatures thinking they rule the world, with their little beady eyes, chasing people around parks when they are just trying to give the children from the daycare they worked in a nice afternoon in the park! Forcing people (me 🙋‍♀️) to shield themselves and the toddlers with the buggy. Yep actually fending them off with a buggy… anyway you get the gist, I hate geese!

So why have I made a goose, I hear no one asking 😂, well when one of your favourite crochet designers comes back from a little break away from crochet/social media, you put my fears aside to make her first pattern back… Gunnar the Goose!

Good to have you back Christina Schneider Olesen ! The pattern is great, Gunnar’s adorable! The pattern came with the little story about Gunnar the Goose in the last slide so I used it as inspiration for a little story about Gunnar of my own and faced my fears by using a photo of geese in some of the backgrounds! I hope you like his little story!

Please show it some love ❤️ so I know it was worth the nightmares I’m going to have over the geese! 😂

Happy World Doll Day!! I think I like making dolls, what do you think?? 🤔 😂

I wonder what dolls will get added to my collection next? I guess I could wait and see which doll pattern brings out next as I make so many dolls with her patterns! 😂

As she’s going to be finishing her 20th trek with tomorrow, I thought I’d reshare the doll I made of when she was trekking in the Sahara last year. This week she has been leading the team of trekkers along the Jurassic Coast.

Hoping Gi and all the trekkers have a good last day tomorrow!

I wasn’t sure what to post today after the last couple of days in NI so I thought I’d post about something positive and raise awareness for an important cause.

I’ve been busy this week working on my very first pattern test! pirate pattern.

I was so excited to be chosen and absolutely loved making a Captain and a first mate as the pattern includes various pieces and accessories to mix and match and make your own pirate your way!

The pattern is really great, really clear and easy to follow so you can check it out by heading to page for the different links! I’ve shared her post in my stories!

A few weeks ago I was scrolling Instagram (as you do!) and saw a story from asking for help from anyone who made plushies.

I sent her a message to see if she still needed help and she did. She put me in touch with her friend who was looking for a dachshund plushie and after a few messages checking details, a prototype, a few safety tests, this little one was made and off to their new home!

I used Crochet Grove pattern and I’m really pleased with how it turned out! Thankfully the customer loved it too and was very excited to gift it to a friend’s little girl!
