Had such a wonderful afternoon at our Prayer Stick Workshop ✨

Beautifully hosted by the talented Shannon from Wish’s Art, we spent the time weaving, meditating, setting intentions, and even flowing into intuitive singing. There was so much laughter, connection, and gentle conversation—it truly felt like a little pocket of calm.

Crafting really is medicine for the soul… a mindful way to slow down, be present, and create from the heart 💫
