COOKIDOO ASSISTANT 🤖 ✨

Okay… THIS is clever.

I asked Cookidoo Assistant to help me plan dinner for 6 people, with one vegan guest and one who has a nut allergy. Normally I’d be sieving through the recipes. Cookidoo gives you access to 100,000+ guided recipes so there’s always plenty to choose from - but this is amazing when you’re rushing & want something new to try instead of going to the same old recipes.

LUNCH SORTED IN 15 MINUTES ✨

Raw broccoli, cauliflower and onion tossed with greek yoghurt, mayo, salt, pepper and lemon juice - chopped and READYYYYY.

Chicken diced into the air fryer at the same time.
15 minutes later, lunch is done and the kitchen’s clean 🙌🏼

Fun fact: eating broccoli raw keeps way more of its good stuff intact - cooking destroys the enzyme that makes its antioxidants so powerful 🥦

• 1 whole bunch fresh parsley
• 2 lemons
• Handful frozen strawberries
• Ice + water

That’s it.

Parsley is rich in vitamin C, vitamin K and antioxidants, and lemons support immunity + hydration.
