🏡 Première sortie avec mon stand Leggett Immobilier à Moissac aujourd’hui !

Un peu de soleil, plein de brochures immobilières et beaucoup de visages souriants ! ☀️

Les autres exposants du marché m’ont réservé un accueil vraiment chaleureux. Une de mes voisines est venue me tenir compagnie, et une autre a fait le déplacement juste pour me dire bonjour et papoter un moment. Ça fait vraiment plaisir ! 😊

Ce sont des journées comme celle-ci qui me rappellent pourquoi j’aime tant vivre et travailler dans cette belle région. Cette convivialité et cet esprit de village, c’est précieux !

Et bien sûr, c’était aussi une belle occasion d’échanger autour de l’immobilier !

Je serai de retour à Moissac en novembre, alors si vous m’apercevez derrière mon petit stand, n’hésitez pas à venir me dire bonjour. Ce sera un plaisir de faire un brin de causette ! 😊

🏡 My first outing with my Leggett Immobilier stand in Moissac today!

A little sunshine, plenty of property brochures and lots of friendly faces! ☀️

My fellow market stallholders couldn’t have been more welcoming, one of my neighbours popped along to keep me company, and another made a special trip just to say bonjour and have a chat. How lovely is that? 😊

It’s days like this that remind me what I enjoy so much about living and working in this part of France. That wonderful sense of community.

And, of course, it was a great opportunity to chat about all things property!

I’ll be back in Moissac in November, so if you spot me behind my little table, do come and say hello. I’m always happy to stop for a chat! ☕🏡

Phew! What a busy week in the world of French property!

I’ve been out and about visiting some lovely homes, meeting their owners and getting behind the camera.

And what a variety! From charming traditional stone houses to homes with a more contemporary twist. There’s certainly never a dull moment in estate agency!

The best bit? Three new properties will soon be hitting the market! 🏡🥳

I can’t wait to show you more, so keep your eyes peeled! 👀

Sunday in Moissac ❤️

A leisurely lunch at one of my favourite restaurants, right beside the 900-year-old Abbaye Saint-Pierre, followed by a little brocante browsing.

Good food, beautiful old buildings and a rummage around the brocantes for things I definitely don’t need but can usually find a home for anyway… 😄

Not a bad way to spend a Sunday.

One of the things I love about living and working around here is that places like this are simply part of everyday life.

🇫🇷 Un dimanche matin à Auvillar

Ce matin, j’étais au marché d’Auvillar avec mon amie et collègue Suzie Mitchell pour installer notre stand Leggett et échanger avec les visiteurs autour de l’immobilier.

Un grand merci aux commerçants et exposants du marché pour leur accueil chaleureux. C’était un vrai plaisir de faire leur connaissance et de participer au marché ce matin.

Et franchement, difficile de trouver un plus joli endroit pour travailler un dimanche ! 😊

🇬🇧 A Sunday morning in Auvillar

Today I was at the Auvillar market with my colleague and friend Suzie, setting up our Leggett stand and chatting to people about all things property.

A big thank you to the other market stallholders for making us feel so welcome. It was lovely meeting everyone and being part of the market for the morning.

And what a lovely place to spend a Sunday morning! 😊

A little update from me — and a slight change of direction for this page.

Many of you will know me through interiors, home staging and property presentation. That side of my work hasn’t disappeared, but since moving to France my main focus has shifted very firmly towards property.

I’m now working with Leggett Immobilier International, helping people sell and buy homes here in south-west France, particularly in Tarn-et-Garonne and the surrounding area.

In many ways it feels like a very natural progression. I’ve always been interested in property, and my interiors background still comes in very useful — especially when it comes to presentation, photography and looking at a house through a buyer’s eyes.

So from now on you’ll be seeing rather more French property, local places, houses for sale, behind-the-scenes estate agency life and practical advice for anyone thinking of buying or selling here.

There may still be the occasional interiors post too. Design, colour palettes and moodboards are still very much part of my world. 😉

This was me outside the Leggett office in Montcuq — perhaps not the most traditional estate-agent uniform, but considerably better suited to a sunny day in south-west France.

Christmas this year looks a little different 🎄

We’re staying in our French property mid-renovation — very much a building site — but I still wanted it to feel festive.

I love colour. I love layers. I love a bit of maximalism… even when there’s barely any furniture, bare walls, dust everywhere, and the only Christmas tree I could fit in our hire car was a small one 😅

Fairy lights, stars, greenery and warm glows go a long way. There’s still chaos around me… but at least it glows ✨

Sometimes you don’t wait for the house to be finished — you make the moment anyway.
