The first of, hopefully many, chopping boards completed.

Lovely 3cm thick solid oak chopping/bread board. 34x26cm finished with 2 coats of mineral oil and a final coat of board wax. Super silky surface, reversible with recessed handles. One available and one reserved awaiting approval. £35

General wood care.

To care for a wooden bowl or chopping board hand wash it with warm, soapy water and dry immediately. Never soak it or put it in the dishwasher. Regularly "season" the wood every couple of months by rubbing it with a food-grade mineral oil, beeswax, coconut oil or wood butter to prevent it from drying out and cracking.
