I made this bear a couple of weeks back (first photo). The lady wanted to give it to her husband as a birthday present from their twins which is why I did half of it one colour and the other half another colour to represent both twins. The customer added things to the bear for him as a memory of their birth journey in NICU ( second photo). I think this is such a beautiful idea and I can confirm that the husband absolutely loved it!
