Just writing a post to address some situations I feel are not appropriate, but I understand some people may not be aware how my service works. Just like any other business, a customer requests, I state my price range and time frame, I then spend my time doing it for them.

For people to then refuse payment is quite discouraging as I’m new to doing this full time. I understand times are hard, but in the same breath I can’t spend hours on designs for free, especially when I’m charging as little as I do.. due to this happening twice already this week, I am going to start charging a £10 deposit.

I didn’t want to do this straight away as starting new I didn’t feel too comfortable, but I also really didn’t expect people to come with excuses why they love the design but can’t pay now. My apologies everyone but I won’t get anywhere if I start letting people decide to pay when they want, rather than when I complete their design.🌸
