Last weeks job was tackling a very poor previous spray job in a stunning farmhouse in Ogden

From first impressions the kitchen didnt look too bad HOWEVER every single door (we aren't even exaggerating here) had hairs and dirt nibs in the paint. The cabinet faces were also full of runs and if you zoom into the oven you'll see overspray on the handle and bottom

I also suspect that sub par coatings or a lack of proper prep was undertaken because it was peppered with chips and damage showing the primer underneath

Its strange because the actual spray finish looks really good on the doors ( lovely sheen and perfectly flat) but its like they were sprayed in a sandstorm 🫣

Some of the doors were beyond repair to be honest. We let the customer know beforehand that we'll do the absolute best we can but they wont be brand new doors, a few had water damaged and due to them being mdf had swelled up.

We sanded the doors back and hit them with solvent primer to seal the mdf and build up some layers fast. Then hit them with waterbased primer and topcoat (everything on site was WATERBASED ONLY AS USUAL)

A lovely kitchen we transformed last week in Golcar

The client was having a full kitchen renovation including tiles removed, re plastered ,brand new worktops(that suit the new colour amazingly I must add) and other works!

The client landed on little greene - green stone and absolutely nailed it.
We got it mixed into primer and topcoat to guarantee adhesion and durability.

As usual we removed everything that could be and sprayed the end carcasses and trim on site and took the doors and drawer fronts to the unit to be prepped and sprayed properly

As they were solid oak they had a lot of tiny holes and deep wood grain which we kept to keep the character of the doors and they look awesome! Any deep cracks or holes were filled and we filled handle holes at the same time for new single screw handles

I cant wait to see it when the plaster is painted and the new tiles and other works are completed its going to look a completely different kitchen!

Customer is happy and so are we!

From dark and dated to light and dreamy! ✨

This farmhouse kitchen had so much character, but the finish was all wrong. The old paint was poor quality (it wiped off with a cloth!) and the hand-painted brush strokes just weren't doing it justice.

The client felt it was too dark, and we agreed. With those low ceilings and exposed stone, it needed a lift!

We prepped and sprayed everything for a superior, factory-level finish using farrow and ball colours in waterbased topcoat:

🔵 'Dix Blue' for the cabinetry
⚪ 'Pale Powder' around the hob

It's amazing how much lighter and bigger the space feels now. The photos really don't capture how good these colours look in person!

Three external wooden doors refreshed for a commercial client in

These doors had seen there fair share of wear and tear and weathering, the client asked us to refresh them back to white and fix any major imperfections

We sanded and filled where needed and applied 2 coats of external rated multi surface paint.

We transformed this tired yellowing gloss to fresh white for the new school year!

An old shipping container turned office sprayed in RAL 7038 agate grey.

As you can see from the before photos this container was absolutely battered with rust and corrosion all over.

We started by blasting all the old grime off then using a combination of flap disks and wire wheels on the grinder to get all the rust and corrosion back to bare metal. Once back to bare metal we spot primed all the bare metal areas with a epoxy primer to seal the metal and prevent further rust.

Then the fun began. We blasted 3 coats of specialist paint designed for this application by airless. The finish speaks for itself from the before pics!
