Kirklees Museums and Galleries are leading on the creation of a new council Heritage Strategy 'We are Making History' for the Kirklees district. The draft Heritage Strategy and the Strategic Heritage Action Plan were developed by working with partners and teams across the council, supported by Resilient Heritage funding from the National Lottery Heritage Fund, as part of the Bringing out the Best programme. The council is now seeking the public's views on the ideas proposed.
