Hallo! Look who’s back 👀

We went on a family holiday recently and I had a little time to reflect on what I actually want to do with this lil art business. I got myself into a bit of funk of wanting to do everything and nothing all at once (we also moved house so most things went out of the window for a while!)

This is just a post to say I’M BACK and with new motivation and energy to make this page something meaningful again 😘 I currently have a backlog until August but I have some really exciting plans for the run up to Christmas, so keep your eyes peeled 👀

In the meantime, here’s a gorgeous pup in graphite. Absolutely loved getting the graphite pencils out again - what do you think?! 🐶 🥰

Hi everyone, I’m back!

Holy moly, sorry for being so quiet for so long.. who knew planning a house move could take over your life so much? I also think I completely burnt myself out over Christmas which probably didn’t help, but hey, the sun is shining and I’m back baby!! 🤩 🤩

I don’t know about you but I adore a golden retriever 😭 and how gorgeous is this one 🐕 swipe right for her reaction to her portrait 🤭

Anyway, I’m fully booked until July but then have plenty availability for the remainder of the year if anyone would like a portrait. I’m also expanding out to buildings and wedding dresses too, so watch this space 🤩 tbh I’ll draw owt, so just let me know if you’ve got something bespoke in mind.

How cute is this little A5 drawing of Arthur, to match his brother’s drawing I did last year. Can’t wait to see them framed and in the wall together.

I find drawing people portraits so much harder than pets but they are sooo special once the likeness is there. Though getting the likeness right is a real stress and I think it drives my husband crazy the amount of times I threaten to rip it up and start again 😅🤪🤪🤪 perfectionist problems.

Anyways, let me know what you think and if you want to see more like this! Hand drawn pets will commence again shortly 😅

I really really want to make more of an effort with capturing the highlights of the month - so here’s my attempt as a “January roundup” 🤪.

Also, I wasn’t sure whether to include family pictures on this business page - I guess it’s kind of private, but at the same time I get quite a lot of requests to show more of “me” on here - just to prove I’m a real person and not an AI robot 🤖🥺 so here’s my family updates from January to show you what a little bit of my life looks like, mainly running around after my two boys.
