My name is Charlotte & I am based in a lovely area of York in the beautiful county of North Yorkshire. I set up my little venture back in 2013, making what was a hobby (& still is) more of a living, I had been making items for friends & family for a while & when my husband embarked on a career change of his own, it gave me the perfect opportunity to do so myself. Working around a family & home lif

e, I pride myself with the fact that every item I make will have had a 100% put into it by me & this will hopefully be reflected in the finished item you receive. My husband (Mr Hall) deals with a lot of the admin side of my business, but with us both coming from very strong customer service based backgrounds, I want you to be rest assured that whatever your dealings with Mrs Hall Makes, you will be interacting with very honest, sincere, approachable & friendly people.
