Wood burning stoves have been at the heart of our family since 1976 when 'Papa' William Dolby (affectionately nicknamed Billy Bonk by his Uncle) started by cutting down trees for firewood, then selling stoves from his family garage on the Black Isle. Since then the Dolby family have, generation after generation, been working with manufacturers, suppliers and installers to stay at the heart of the

growing wood burning stove industry. Now, with our customers priorities being anything from technology to efficiency to style, the knowledge and passion built up over decades remains at the heart of our family business – and the business remains at the heart of our family. And because we know your wood burning stove will become the heart of your family home, we make a point of giving you the best advise from our family. So if the family member you meet in the showroom isn't the best person to answer your question– we’ll ask the family member who is. Whether its Andrew on technical advice, Alex on flue design, Anna on spare parts, or Grandma Miriam on accessories. Bonk & Co, where warmth is a family affair.
