Somewhere you genuinely look forward to climbing into at the end of the day. If that doesn’t sound like your current bed, our Autumn Sale might be the perfect time for an upgrade.

🌟 Member Success: Highland BlindCraft Beds shortlisted for prestigious national award

We're delighted to share that Highland BlindCraft has been shortlisted for the British Chambers of Commerce Future of Work Award.

Nominated by Inverness Chamber of Commerce, the Inverness-based social enterprise has been recognised for its outstanding commitment to creating an inclusive workplace, developing skills, and supporting people facing barriers to employment.

With more than 80% of its workforce identifying as disabled or requiring additional support, Highland BlindCraft is a powerful example of inclusive employment in action. Working closely with local employability partners, including Work.Life.Highland the organisation creates meaningful pathways into work, helping people build confidence, develop skills and progress in their careers.

Commenting on the shortlisting, CEO Deirdre Aitken said, "Creating an inclusive workplace and opportunities for people with disabilities and other barriers to employment has always been at the heart of Highland BlindCraft, so to have that work recognised on a UK-wide stage means a great deal to us and to our staff."

This well-deserved recognition shines a spotlight on the incredible work taking place across the Highlands and the positive impact Highland BlindCraft continues to make in our communities.

👏 Congratulations to the entire Highland BlindCraft team. We wish you the very best of luck at the awards in London on 14 October.

This time last week, our team was at Inverness Chamber of Commerce's Highland Spotlight asking one very important question… how did you sleep last night? ☁️

A brilliant 85 people cast their vote, and the results are in!
- 15 had a rough night
- 21 said it could’ve been better
- 26 said not bad
- 16 had a pretty good sleep
- And just 7 slept like a dream!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand, cast a vote and had a chat with Deirdre and Paul. We had such a lovely day meeting businesses from across the Highlands. And as Deirdre told everyone who gave their sleep anything less than a 5...
We can help with that 😉

Are you sitting comfortably? 💤

A good night's sleep isn't only about the mattress underneath you. Making your bed a comfortable place to wind down at the end of the day matters too. If you like to read, watch TV or simply sit up in bed before going to sleep, an upholstered headboard gives you a comfortable surface to lean back against, while helping to keep those pillows where they're supposed to be!

And anyone who's ever had to rescue a pillow from the gap between the bed and the wall will understand that one... 😴

Our headboards are handcrafted and upholstered by our team here in Inverness, with a range of styles and fabrics to choose from.

Sleep Well September.
