I love bees & good honey
I love bees and pure, raw, cold extracted, natural honey but very difficult to find it and I do not trust supermarket labels... so with the help and guidance from a lovely beekeeper family I start having my own bees and hives.
Cannot thank them enough for their lessons and advice. I learned so much about how to be an ethical beekeeper and how to care and protect them against so many factors...
I love bees and I do everything to keep my bees healthy and happy. I collect the extra honey in the summer and leave the hive full of honey in August for them to eat over the winter. I also top up with snacks during winter like ambrosia syrup and sugar fondant just to make sure they stay strong till next spring when new flowers are out.
I never use heat to extract the honey and I will never add anything extra in it. I love pure raw honey full of spring / summer flowers pollen.
