Looking for more information on this Georgian plaster relief of Robert Burns. Looks as though it has had some rough paintwork over the years but looks contemporary with his era. Can only find a couple others but in national gallery and Aberdeen City councils collection 🤔 any help would regarding value/how common would be great.
