Why is Creativity good for all of us ?
Mental and Brain Growth : We test ideas and see what happens, which builds critical thinking.
Brain connections: Exploring materials like paint or clay creates strong neural pathways.
Flexibility: We all learn to look at situations from multiple angles and find new answers.
Self expression: Art gives us all of us a safe outlet for emotions.
Self-worth: Finishing a project fosters deep pride and confidence.
Resilience: Making mistakes and trying again teaches patience and reduces the fear of failure.
Motor skills: Drawing, cutting, and building strengthen hands, fingers, and hand-eye coordination.
