What a wonderfully hectic weekend it has been, filled with numerous orders! I felt quite accomplished after receiving a customer call from someone who couldn’t get any other colour than pink peonies. She desired a bouquet full but with short notice we reached a delightful compromise. I used everything from the garden for the last greens arrangement. My gorgeous garden peonies and other bits and bobs were incorporated into several arrangements this weekend, and I was thrilled to create a special arrangement just for her to take down to London.

Had the pleasure of working alongside Fishwicks again this weekend to help the family say their farewells. Not something I thought I would take up due to being such an emotional individual. However, the thought of being able to help those grieving has been rather rewarding.

This is something I have delayed for quite some time. As an emotional person, making funeral arrangements has often taken a back seat in my mind. However, having the opportunity to honour my Uncle Andy, who recently passed away, has been my greatest privilege and accomplishment since embarking on this journey. It was a true honour to represent his favourite football team, Leeds United 💛💙
