When it comes to transformation posts they mostly go on about all the physical changes and absolutely the changes from Mr. Consistency himself are incredible!

However, when you dig a bit deeper and look at how the person has changed their mindset and approach to their health. That’s where you find the true magic.

From being the guy that enjoys 1 too many pints on the weekend and enjoying too many takeaways. To now adopting far more healthier habits that actually make you feel good about yourself!

To say I’m proud of Keerie is an understatement, this man has GRAFTED to make this change and has went above and beyond. I’m super excited to see where we take this journey next!

For those who haven’t already seen George, he’s the most lovely young man with some incredible music taste! I have had the pleasure of coaching him for a while now and every session is a blast😝

George has autism and some communication difficulties, learning how to train him and make him feel comfortable and happy within the gym has been one of the most rewarding experiences in my career so far😁

Low Calorie High Protein Banana Bread 🍌

Trying to lose fat but sweet cravings ruin your progress?

This low calorie banana bread will fix that!

✨Low calorie
✨High protein
✨Fat-loss friendly

🍌 Ingredients:

• 180g oat flour (blended oats)
• 3 bananas
• 1 scoop protein powder
• 180g Greek yogurt
• 50-60g water
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 30g honey

👨‍🍳 How:

Add everything into a bowl ➡️ mix ➡️ bake 180°/40min

You get an unreal banana bread loaf for ~ 100 calories per serving with 10g protein!

Proud is an understatement😝

Meet we are closing in on losing 2 stone so far and what a change we have went under!

Dropping dress sizes, being consistent in the gym and smashing her nutrition is all things we’ve been achieving over the past few months! It’s not been easy, Kerri is a mother of 2 young kids and with her partner Danny often offshore for work it seemed initially impossible to make progress before we started together.

However, with a flexible workout plan and week to week improvements on nutrition we have made some incredible improvements to Kerri’s lifestyle. This is by far the end result but it’s an incredible showcase of Kerri’s handwork and dedication this far!
