TRADE CUSTOMERS - Important Update: Streamlined Order & Communication Processes

ORDER PROGRESS
Until now, customers have been reaching out via email, WhatsApp, or Facebook Messenger. As many of you have noticed, we’ve been extremely busy, and this process has become inefficient, adding unnecessary admin work for the person receiving the message. To streamline this, we’d like your requests to go directly to the team best equipped to handle them.

Starting today, please use our upgraded Trade Contact Form, available on our website under Contact Us. If you’re logged in, most of the form will be pre-filled—simply select your order number.

You can also use this link: https://www.temposhade.com/trade-contact-form/

Before submitting a request, please check the lead time provided in your email order confirmation. If the date is approaching and you have concerns, feel free to get in touch.

TELEPHONE COMMUNICATION
We’ve installed a new phone system for incoming calls. Please direct all TRADE-related calls to 0207 097 7193, the Temposhade trade number. Kindly avoid calling our retail office line.

SALES CONTACT
For sales inquiries, you’re welcome to continue using WhatsApp as usual or email [email protected]

** Website improvements: **

-Re-position items in your cart for reviewing orders or quotes.

-When you add a blind to your cart, your cart items will now fly out from the right hand side to show all the blinds and specs you've added already. This makes it easier to see what you've already added without visiting the main cart page.

-After adding an item to your cart, you'll remain on the same page instead of being diverted to the cart. All of the sizes and specs from the blind you've added will remain making it quicker to add similar spec'd blinds to your cart.

-Important info and messages will appear for you to read when you log in. Dismiss them with a click and you won't be shown then again.

-SkyLITE is now available at 3500mm drops, and can be oversized on the width (but this means waiving warranty). If you want to take a look, the system is ready to guide you through.
