We’ve had a busy January, and oh, how we’ve loved it!!

This is new flooring for a Primark Distribution centre. Old flooring uplifted.

The Subfloor was prepared with a rapid drying smoothing compound. Supplied and fitted Altro safety sheet vinyl, coved and capped. All joints hot welded.

Not just a pretty face 😉

Last month we had a Sisal Job on a grade 2 listed building, so there were strict rules to follow limiting our installation options. However, where there is a will there is a way!!!!

All pictures you see were laid on a system 10 durafit system. The Stair runner with cotton binding. And the Shims were brought in to graduate areas where required.

Even with limitations we achieve a result to be proud of!! 🤩

We are having a very busy Spring here at Concept and are really enjoying transforming all your homes ready for the summer season!!

This is Karndean Vangogh stone looking LVT tile, laid brick bond with no grouting strip. Then Laid on a high temperature adhesive to avoid any shrinkage, ready for those hot summer temperatures🌞

As you can see, there was a lot of natural light and floor to ceiling windows! Therefore, we used a water mix screed Kerakoll Pro-flow finish, to reduce the chance of any imperfections.

And look at the result 😍

A beautiful Invictus herringbone with a keyline and 1 plank border!! 😍😍

Laid on a high temperature adhesive to avoid any shrinkage. Floor preparation was a gritted primer over existing ceramic tiles with mapei latex smoothing compound.
