We were recently asked to supply and fit the flooring for Welcome Homes Ayrshire Sales & Lettings.
Full disclosure with this one...honesty is the best policy afterall!
The job was done after hours to avoid disruption to business. Unfortunately, due to an ordering error, the wrong shade of carpet was fitted 🤦♀️
Of course, we held our hands up and were straight back in for another after hours shift to put things right.
Laura was very understanding, appreciated us doing our best to rectify the situation and (eventually 🫣😂) was extremely pleased with the end result.
In business, things aren't always plain sailing, and it's always best to admit when you've made a mistake.
All's well that ends well though 🧡
