Ahead of Pride Month I have crocheted a Gilbert Baker rose🌹🏳️‍🌈

Gilbert Baker designed the original pride flag in 1978 to offer an alternative symbol to those historically used to oppress the LGBTQ+ community.

Each petal of this rose took on average 30 minutes , and there's 9 petals! It has taken me 2 hours this morning to assemble it. Due to the length of time it has taken me this rose will be ONE OF A KIND as I simply do not have the time to recreate it.

I am going to sell this rose for £20!! The hours it has taken me shows this is an absolute bargain!
