This lovely little cardigan, is the perfect example of blocking your crochet pieces BEFORE you assemble your garment.
Each piece should be steamed pressed with you iron and a pressing cloth. You need to make sure the edges are flat so they line up with as little bulk as possible. When pressing make sure you only place the iron and steam, do not rub back and force, as this will cause you to stretch your pieces and the garment will be miss shaped.

March is national crochet month so we thought it would be fun to give some tips,
Tip: an easy way to double the size of your animal you are making is to double the size of your stitches, Mathew here was made, by taking UK double stitches and making them triple. US single crochet to double crochet. U just have to make sure you do this for all the parts of the pattern. He was very much loved by the local school children. 🐝
