Lots of work was needed on this one stripped all walls and cellings. Woodchip
Sand everything back 50/50 everything. Fill and sand. Re primed all woodwork sanded undercoated and 2 top coats finished with 3 coats of polish pebble and 2 coats on cellIngs :)
