I’ve a cute wee set up just inside the entrance to the church for Kirkcudbright’s Arts & Crafts Trail this weekend🥰

There’s so many wonderful artists and makers selling their work over the next few days, both in and around the church, and at their own studios/homes. Check out the Arts and Crafts leaflet or page for more ✨

Laura Cross Jewellery .and.ore.studio were some of my absolute favourites today 💕

Something fun for my front room 💚🧡

I made this from a wonky B&M frame that had been stored down in our basement for too long

I used a mix of collage materials and paint straight onto the fibre board back of the frame, took away the see through sheet of plastic, and added the black frame around the board to frame it. Lots of fun texture and with colours that fit my front room. Love some up cycling!

Drawing and making things in a tree house style cabin, surrounded by shells, pine cones, pens and pencils and paintbrushes… childhood dreams come true!!

It reminds me of Picasso ‘every child is an artist, the problem is how to remain an artist once we grow up’ 💭

So many unfinished projects…

My brain: hey let’s start a new one
