Hi all, some of you may have heard about this local project for kirkham juniors football club.

Well a lot of you won’t know that I coach the U11whites in my(not very much) spare time, twice a week.

Hi all, I’m off with the kids this coming week, the round will resume as normal next week.

While im off, I’ll be starting preparations for upcoming changes for small Businesses.

This being said, I’m having to incorporate some small increases in price with some jobs from April 2026, Customers affected will be notified via text, and won’t have previously seen an increase in price before.

Within the system, I’m also monitoring late payments closer, jobs not following instructions, will be automatically removed, it’s nothing personal, I’m doing my part of things with no complaints.

I knocked back 9 new enquiries last week as I’m full, I can’t keep people on the books that aren’t doing their bit, It’s as simple as that, plus I don’t need the headache and don’t have the time.

I know December and January are the toughest months, I don’t have a big problem with late payments, but need everyone on the same page, as I can’t have jobs behind, when I’m submitting more frequently to my accountant and hmrc.

I want to thank everyone for their continued support.

Wishing all customers a happy new year, all the best for 2026, thank you all very much for your continued custom.

I’ll be back booking work in within the next couple of weeks, I’m nursing a few injuries I was carrying since last November, it’s important to rest, to heal correctly.

Hi all

After a fantastic Holiday, it’s all back to normal.

Unfortunately I’m going to have to make a few changes to the round, due to unforeseen circumstances.

This will mean I’m going to have to cut the round down, from hours/days working and also some areas.

From September there will be a few changes going on in life, so some jobs that are a little out of my way, part only jobs, bad access or not as compact as others, are going to have to be removed unfortunately.

This hasn’t been an easy decision, but the only way I can move forward.

I will be in touch with everyone once I’ve had time to sit down and work everything out properly.

While I’ve posted a few updates on requests, the biggest message is THANK YOU.

This isn’t an easy job guys, people always compliment us on how punctual we are, you can set your clock by us, every single clean, same time, same day, every clean!

While we do encounter problems, like most businesses, the majority of the time, everything runs extremely smoothly, so I wanted to say a big THANK YOU for your continued custom.

Please keep on top of payments, I do send out payment reminders, but when I’m having to remind all the time, it’s not working for me and can’t make things any easier.

There’s a fair amount of people paying me every other month I’ve noticed this year, guys, like you, I pay my bills every month, so payments need to be on time(all details are at the bottom of the invoice)

While I’m pretty flexible for people, it’s mainly causing issues with my paperwork, updating day to day, but having to check back months of paper work and my bank account, on top of booking work etc is taking more of my time up in an evening.

Sorry to anyone making enquiries at the moment, but we aren’t taking any more customers for the foreseeable future.

We currently have just under 500 regular cleans per month, we get many recommendations, which we really appreciate but can only do so many jobs per day.

I do hold a waiting list for people that are happy to wait for a space, but can’t say when that would be.
