Three whole years of Knittywits! 🥹💗

What started as a little creative hobby has grown into 3 years of creating all sorts of personalised goodies — from my very first pieces of knitted wire art, to crochet, embroidered clothing, accessories and so much more! 🧶🪡✨

There have been SO many orders, ideas, experiments, late nights, happy customers and a fair bit of “I wonder if I could make that…” along the way! 😂

And I honestly couldn’t have done it without all of you who have ordered, shared my posts, recommended me to friends, liked/commented on my work or simply followed along with my little business journey. ❤️

🚴 CUSTOM ORDER | RIDING INTO RIDE THE NORTH 🚴

A little different from our usual personalised orders… but one we absolutely loved creating! 🖤

3D Bike Tech got in touch with us to create custom T-shirts for working at Ride the North this August — and of course, we were more than happy to get involved! 🙌

☀️ How are we all surviving the summer holidays? 😅

I’ll admit… I’ve been a little quiet on here lately. Life has definitely had other plans!

Since I last properly checked in, I’ve graduated as a midwife 🎓💙, had a little health blip (thankfully I’m on the road to recovery ❤️), and now we’re fully embracing the chaos that is the school summer holidays! If you’re also counting down the days until the new school term, you’re definitely not alone! 🤭

Even though I’ve been a bit absent from social media, Knittywits is still very much here. Behind the scenes I’ve been sorting, organising and deciding that it’s finally time for some of my ready-made stock to find new homes rather than sitting in boxes.

✨ Tomorrow I’ll be posting lots of ready-made items with some INSANE discounts because they deserve to be loved!

In the meantime, I thought I’d share this little video showing the journey of Knittywits. It’s amazing to look back and see how far it’s come. 🥹

💙 Supporting a Local Project Close to Our Hearts 💙

We were delighted to work alongside Sustainable Kirriemuir and Kirriemuir Scout Group to create these bespoke t-shirts featuring their fantastic “Help Kirrie Swifts” logo. 🐦

Swifts are an incredible part of our local wildlife, but their numbers are declining. This project helps raise awareness and encourages our community to support and protect these amazing birds for future generations.

Using the logo designed for the campaign, we created custom organic cotton t-shirts that are perfect for spreading the message and showing support for a cause that matters. 🌍✨

We love being able to help local groups bring their ideas to life through personalised clothing and merchandise.
