Fresh from sea to plate

What a lovely day out in sunny Kircudbright, Scotland. Mr King's Scallop trawler was unloading a fresh haul of Queenie Scallops. Within minutes they were taken round the corner for processing, then back to the quayfront restaurant for cooking and consumption.
What an abundance of fresh foods this west coast of Scotland has to offer.
