New favourite mug 💙

We finally have the sunshine that the rest of the UK has had for the last few days, so coffee in the garden before work.

A lot of our delivery sold just after unpacking last week 🫣 but more is on order. Pop in to see the new Iris designs range (also available in pink) - summer in a mug!

Sometimes you see something that just speaks to you. The moment I saw Kayla's Talisman pins I knew we had to have them in the shop. 

As we travel the Dementia journey with mum, the reminder of one step, then another is sometimes needed. 

Hand-drawn, cut, and hand-finished, each brooch is a small piece of wearable art, a symbolic piece that brings meaning into everyday life, designed as a reminder of growth and movement.

Transform your space with hope, resilience, and a touch of beauty! Our stunning Lucky Swallow wall decorations, crafted in Scotland from 100% recycled beach plastic, are more than just décor — they are pieces of art with powerful stories.

A joyful collaboration between two unlikely kindred spirits: Anna Campbell-Jones– interior designer, retailer and presenter of Scotland’s Home of the Year – and Ally Mitchell, an award-winning former commercial diver who has devoted his life to clearing ocean plastic from Scotland’s shores and transforming it into innovative products for the home.

Each piece is created from broken fish boxes and recycled rope, collected during beach cleans. The plastic is washed, shredded, and moulded into this meaningful design giving discarded materials a second life.

Hand-finished and featherlight, our swallows are easy to display with just a small amount of Blu Tack or adhesive pads. Whether styled individually or arranged in a vibrant flock, they bring life to hallways, bathrooms, or gallery walls.

This Sunday is Mother’s Day, and it’s the perfect time to celebrate and give a big round of applause for all the lovely mums and mother figures who deserve to be pampered.

Not casting any shade on you men but we’ve noticed it’s mostly been women in shopping for gifts for their mums and mothers-in-law, so here’s a gentle nudge to all the chaps: don’t forget to treat your mum or the mother of your little ones!
