Ooo Samantha! What a gorgeous fleece. Wet felted on the back with a little bit of needle felting around the sides to keep her lovely locks in place.

I love working with the fleeces from The Woolly Patchwork Sheep Sanctuary and Natural Raw Sheep Fleece.

How many people are poor in money but rich in memories, ideas, creations and dreams, because instead of selling the things they make, they just can’t part with them 😂

This is Sophie’s fleece from this years shearing and I love it so much, investing nearly six hours of time and care into creating this felt backed rug and now she’s all fluffed up and ready to sell…….. I just can’t do it 🤣

Black Welsh mountain x Lleyn fleece from Curly.
Curly is another of our elderly ladies but still produces a reasonable fleece.

2.1 kg
4" staple approx.
There is a tiny amount of VM over the bum area - a few hay seeds, nothing drastic, which will easily card out.
The fleece is a lovely dark grey with brown sunbleached tips, perhaps slightly browner than showing in the photos.
