One of our lovely customers has only gone and left us a FULL BOX OF BISCUITS! 🤤☕️

Forget 5-star reviews… this is how you get 6-star service from us! 🤣😂

At Reign Flooring & Design, we pride ourselves on looking after our customers, but it looks like some of you are looking after us too! ❤️

The only problem is making sure the lads don’t demolish the lot before the job’s finished! 👀🍪😂

Great floors, great customers, and now a well-stocked biscuit tin! What more could you ask for? 🤣👏

😍 Another herringbone job, and this one was for a returning customer!

We’ve been back to this downstairs flat for a customer we’ve done quite a bit of work for over the years.

They’d originally had a straight-lay laminate fitted, but after seeing some of the herringbone flooring we’ve been putting down, they absolutely fell in love with the look.

So when it came time for a change, there was only ever going to be one choice… herringbone! 😂

This lovely mahogany-style colour really suits the room, and the herringbone pattern completely changes the look of the space.

It’s always great when customers come back to us, but even better when they’ve seen our work elsewhere and decide they want the same in their own home. 👍

Another one finished and another happy customer. 🏡

If you’re local and thinking about changing your flooring, give us a shout — we’re always happy to have a look and see what would work best for your home.

🚨 Short notice? We’ve got you covered! 🚨

Sometimes you don’t have weeks to plan a new floor — sometimes you’re moving in Monday afternoon and need the flooring sorted before then! 😂

This customer contacted Reign Flooring & Design on Friday, needing a new floor at short notice. We managed to source, supply and fit this lovely grey laminate, and by Monday dinner time, the job was complete and ready for them to move in! 🙌

We know that sometimes life throws a spanner in the works and you need a fast, reliable service. Here at Reign, we’ll always do our best to accommodate where we can — even when the timescale is tighter than we’d normally like! 😅

🏡 120 YEARS OF CHARACTER… WITH A FLOORING TRANSFORMATION TO MATCH! 🪵✨

Some houses deserve more than just a new floor… they deserve a flooring choice that respects their history.

This stunning project was all about bringing modern craftsmanship into a beautiful 120-year-old home, while keeping those original character and traditional aesthetics alive.

We started with extensive subfloor preparation, installing plywood throughout the hallway, flowing seamlessly into the double lounge and even continuing up onto the top landing. All to create the perfect foundation for what came next.

Then came the main event… 👀

A beautiful glue-down engineered wood herringbone, carefully laid to create that timeless, natural finish that complements the age and character of the property perfectly.

But we didn’t stop downstairs!

To tie everything together, we also supplied and fitted a bespoke stair runner, custom-made for this unique home using a hard-wearing patterned Axminster carpet. A design you simply don’t see every day, and one that feels right at home in a property full of history.

From the intricate herringbone detail to the traditional staircase, every element was chosen to enhance rather than hide what makes this house special.

This is what we love about flooring at Reign Flooring & Design — it’s not just about laying a floor. It’s about understanding the space, respecting the character and creating something that belongs there. ❤️

Quality products. Professional fitting. Attention to detail.

And of course, a few local lads who take pride in doing things properly. 😉

✨ FROM CHATGPT DREAM TO REAL LIFE! ✨

A little something different from Reign Flooring & Design this time around!

We had the pleasure of bringing a vision to life for our friends over at J Burroughs plumbing — transforming their staircase with beautifully crafted picture rail panelling and a dado rail, all meticulously measured, cut and mitred to perfection. 👌

Every angle, every joint and every detail carefully considered to create a finish that looks right at home in this stunning hallway.

What started as a ChatGPT-inspired design has now become a real-life feature, and we couldn’t be happier with how it’s turned out!

We’re not just a flooring company… we’re capable of much more! 😉

📲 Got a vision for your home? Let’s turn it into reality.

🖤 Another little job where the finishing touches matter…

This customer was after something a little different for the kitchen, so we got this stunning patterned vinyl fitted. 😍

The design really finishes the room off and gives it that classic, clean look without being too much. 🔥

But while we were fitting it, we noticed something else…

💧 The washing machine inlet hose was leaking.

Sometimes these hoses have simply been fitted for the last time — a little movement, a bit of age and suddenly you’ve got water where you definitely don’t want it! 😂

We could have just pointed it out and said “you’ll need to get that sorted”…

But that’s not really how we work.

So rather than leave the customer with a potential leak, we nipped out, grabbed a replacement hose and fitted it there and then. ✅

Flooring fitted. Problem spotted. Problem solved. No fuss.

That’s Reign Flooring & Design — we don’t just lay floors, we look after the job from start to finish. 👑

WHEN YOU’RE LET DOWN… REIGN STEPS UP 👑

We got a call from a customer late on Friday night after she’d been completely let down by another fitter. She was left without a carpet for her bedroom and, understandably, was pretty stressed.

We couldn’t just leave her in that position… so first thing Saturday morning, before heading off for a family day out at the Pleasure Beach 🎢, we got ourselves over there and got her bedroom carpeted. 🏠🧡

No drama. No excuses. Just a job that needed doing. 💪

It’s not always about the biggest job or the biggest payday — sometimes it’s simply about helping someone out when they’ve been let down.

Another happy customer, another job done, and we still made it to the Pleasure Beach! 😂🎢

That’s Reign Flooring & Design — flooring you can rely on, from people who actually care.

😂 WHEN THE FLOORING FITTER GETS TURNED INTO A CARTOON…

Apparently this is what happens when you spend too much time laying herringbone and not enough time acting your age! 🤣

From plyboarding and prep to herringbone, LVT, laminate, repairs and everything in between — somehow the cartoon version still looks more organised than the real me. 😂

🔥 WE’RE NOT JUST A FLOORING COMPANY… 👀

A couple of weeks ago we showed you this stunning herringbone lounge we’d completed — but we weren’t finished just yet… 😏

This week, we went back and added the finishing touches that really brought the room together.

And when we say custom, we mean custom. 👌🏼

🪵 Bespoke oak shelving & cupboards
🚪 Handmade shaker-style doors
📐 Fully mitred shelving for that proper seamless finish
🎨 Finished in the customer’s perfect choice of stain — which, by the way, was an absolute nightmare to track down! 😂

And just look at the difference… 👀🔥

The warm oak against the white walls, built-in lighting and that beautiful herringbone floor has completely transformed the space.

We might be known for our floors… but there’s a lot more to Reign Flooring & Design than flooring. 💪🏼

From floors to bespoke carpentry and finishing touches, if you’ve got an idea for your home, we’ll see what we can do.

Because apparently laying floors wasn’t keeping us busy enough… 😂

Before ➡️ After

What do you reckon? 👀👇🏼
