Cumberland farmhouse oak two tier Cricket Table. Great scale and full of character. Turned balustrades on hexagonal legs. Nice detailing to the floating shelf stretchers. Pegged joints.

Easily accommodate two people to use as a dining table in a cottage or as a stand alone piece of furniture.

Slight warping of the boards to the table top and cracking but nothing to diminish the integrity of the table itself.

Very attractive mid 19th.c. spindle back North Country armchairs in ash c.1840.
High back with shaped top rails (over three rows of turned spindles on the gentlemans and two rows on the ladies) between turned ni**le top rear stiles.
Gently worn shaped arms with turned detail where they meet the rear stiles and particularly attractive baluster form supports at the front, again larger in the gents.
Solid woven rush seats (height 16.5"). Turned stretchers to all four sides and raised pad feet to the front. Excellent colour throughout 😍

Handmade early 20th Century Folk Art log horse, made from Ash we think ,from scratch.

A primitive, unique item and not commercially made.

This item has been handmade likely by someone as a toy for their child, there are still elements of painted sections as shown in the photos provided.

English in its origin, with remnants of a cotton rope tail .
