This is a custom made requested item. A holder for a Clase Azul tequila bottle, eight shot glasses, the bottle sits on a drip tray and there are trays for salt & lemon/lime. Timber used is Scottish oak and Tamboti ( a wood used in high end furniture) an African wood revered by the Zulu. The legs are chrome metal with a scroll pattern as a nod to the Mexican element.

This is a hazel wood shaft stick with buffalo horn 'catapult' top also used to rest a gun when field shooting and has an engraved deer collar.

Shaving set, just off the lathe, comprising of brush with high mountain badger hair and highland stag detail collar, razor heads that accept mach3, fusion and a good old fashioned safety razor. Wood is Zebrano, which is a lovely wood and used by Cadillac and Mercedes Benz for their vehicles.

Been a while since I last posted, life demands etc. like a lot of folks. Couple of similar items made from whisky barrel staves which smell devine when cut or drilled. This was made for a Laphroaig lover with nosing glass & water tot jug.

*SOLD* Happy Easter folks!I've woodturned a really nice piece of sweet chestnut, which is very similar to oak in grain and colour, inlaid it with a turquoise band and Harris tweed , then decorated with the 4 big Scottish salmon River names and fish images. Again some videos of the making will be on the YouTube channel.

Pottering with whisky barrel staves...🥃

Bottle openers turned from a Speyside whisky barrel stave, which had a wonderful aroma that was ingrained into the timber, I deliberately left some of the original barrel scorching on these.
