🔷 Another challenging project successfully completed at Launceston College.

🔹This project involved the complete removal of a failed asphalt subfloor, preparing the existing surface for a new epoxy damp-proof membrane system.

🔹Following thorough preparation, the floor received extensive latex smoothing and levelling to achieve a sound, flat and durable substrate ready for the final floor finish.

🔹The installation was completed with Altro Walkway 20, providing a hard-wearing, slip-resistant and hygienic flooring solution ideally suited to a busy educational environment.

🔷Today, we’re proud to have completed this stunning new-build project, which we’ve had the pleasure of working on over the past few months.
All bathrooms have been expertly fitted with high-quality vinyl flooring and finished with precision silicone work to ensure a clean, professional finish.

🔹We also supplied and fitted 180m² of York Elite carpet, installed over Cloud 9 Super Contract underlay, complete with upgraded door thresholds for a premium finish throughout.

🔹A fantastic project from start to finish and, without a doubt, a fitter’s dream to work on. We’re delighted with the final result and proud of the quality and attention to detail.

🔷 A recent safety flooring project, completed for a local building company.

🔹The project involved extensive preparation using 1200 Pro Latex to bring the subfloor up to the required standard, ready to receive the Altro Walkway 20 safety flooring.

Kitchen Floor Transformation! 🛠️✨

​If you want a flooring job that lasts, the secret is all in the preparation. We just finished up this stunning kitchen project, and we couldn't be happier with how amazing it turned out.

​We didn't cut any corners on this one. Here is a breakdown of the process:

🔹 Grinding & Prepping: First, we ground down the entire kitchen area to ensure a perfectly flat, clean base.

🔹 Level IT Prime: We applied a high-performance primer to seal the subfloor. This guarantees an incredible bond and stops the leveling compound from drying out too quickly, ensuring a flawless finish.

🔹 Level IT Renovate: Next, we poured Level IT Renovate. It's a fiber-reinforced leveling compound engineered for maximum strength and durability. It gives the floor an ultra-tough foundation that can easily handle daily kitchen life.

🔹 Old English Oak LVT: Finally, we laid down a beautiful, textured Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) in Old English Oak. It gives you all the warmth and character of real wood, but with the massive benefits of LVT—it's highly durable, completely waterproof, scratch-resistant, and incredibly easy to maintain.
