✨ A little colour, a lot of love and something very special in the making… ❤️

Today I've been playing with enamel, combining colour with silver to create a very special pendant for a very special lady. 🥰

There's something so lovely about watching a design slowly come to life, especially when you know the finished piece is going to mean so much to someone. ❤️

Still a work in progress, but that's the beauty of handmade jewellery… every little stage is part of its story.
Can't wait to show you the finished treasure! 🤪💕

🔥 GOLD CASTING… THE EMOTIONAL ROLLERCOASTER! 🤣😂

You'd think after 30+ years of making jewellery I'd be cool, calm and collected by now…

ABSOLUTELY NOT!! 🤪🤣

The nerves, the anticipation, the excitement… and then that moment when you realise IT'S WORKED!!! 🥳🙌

Second gold cast… SUCCESS! 🥇

I don't think I'll ever stop getting ridiculously excited about what I do. Every cast feels like opening a present, except I've made the present and spent the whole time worrying whether it's going to work! 🤣😂

Anyone would think I was new to this! 🤪❤️

❤️ From engagement ring… to wedding ring… to eternity ring! ❤️

Today was one of those days that reminds me exactly why I love what I do. 🥰

I had the absolute honour of completing a very special customer's collection of rings.
It all began with me handmaking her engagement ring, followed by her wedding ring, and now, 10 years later, I've had the pleasure of creating her eternity ring. 💍✨

Three rings, all individually handmade, designed to sit beautifully together, each marking another chapter in her love story. ❤️

There's something incredibly special about being trusted to create jewellery that celebrates life's most precious moments.
And receiving this lovely message from my customer today was just the icing on the cake! 🥹

This is why I do what I do. Not just making jewellery, but creating little pieces of someone's story that they'll treasure forever.

Thank you for trusting me all these years. It really does mean the world. ❤️

🔥 THE CASTING CHRONICLES… THE MOMENT OF TRUTH! 🔥🤣

After the vacuum drama, a bit of head scratching and a few choice words… we're FINALLY casting! 🤪😂

Molten metal, hot flasks and everything crossed! 🤞🔥

Will all that hard work pay off, or will the casting gods have other ideas? 🙄🤣

One thing's for sure… there's NEVER a dull moment in Eltikki Studio!

Who else thinks jewellery making should come with a health warning?! 🤣😂

PS: this was video'd whilst my small gloves & masks are order 🤪.

Remember any advise & support is always welcome as I am self taught from the age of 18. I sadly never had the opportunity to be professionally trained.

🤣😂 CASTING CHRONICLES – THE MYSTERY OF THE MISSING VACUUM! 🔍💨

So here I am, trying to work out why on earth my vacuum isn't working! 🙄🤦‍♀️

After much head scratching, investigating and probably a few choice words... 🤬🤣

NOTE TO SELF: When you give everything a good clean, PUT IT ALL BACK IN THE RIGHT PLACE! 🤪😂

30+ years of jewellery making and apparently I'm still learning the basics! 🤣

Who else has spent ages trying to fix something, only to discover THEY were the problem?! 🙋‍♀️😂

🎬 CASTING CHRONICLES… WHAT COULD POSSIBLY GO WRONG?! 🤣😂
Now, normally I ALWAYS test the vacuum before I start casting… but on this particular day, I didn't! 🙈

BIG MISTAKE!! 🤦‍♀️

Because, of course, the vacuum decided it was having a day off!! 🤣💨

30+ years of making jewellery and I'm still learning that there's a reason I have my little routines! 🤪

Will we manage to save the day, or is this casting session heading for disaster?! 😱🔥

Today I spent a little time at the jewellery bench, then had an enjoyable relaxing afternoon creating a few designs for a client.

I have been given 5 family rings which I have redesigned into 3 different rings that can be worn individually or together, offering 6 different looks 🤪
