I created this because I was overwhelmed…

Notes everywhere, forgetting things in meetings, trying to keep up with everything 😩

So I made a journal to keep it all in one place 🤍

And I want to give a few away to SEN parents who need it too.

I didn’t create this as a business idea…

I created it because I was overwhelmed.

I had scrap bits of paper everywhere, notes from meetings, things I didn’t want to forget, questions I needed to ask…
And every time I needed something, It was shoved in a pile..

So I started writing everything down in one place.

Little prompts, reminders, things I knew I needed when I was stressed or put on the spot.

And it helped.

So much.

That’s when I thought… other SEN parents probably feel like this too.

So I turned it into a proper journal 💛

It’s there for:

But in this house… it’s not just a month.
It’s our everyday life.

Behind this small business is a mum who’s navigating the chaos and the beauty of raising an autistic child.
The routines, the overwhelm, the laughter, the hard days, the proud moments that feel huge even if the world doesn’t see them that way.

“Hearts in Chaos” was never just a name… it’s real life.

Autism has changed the way I see everything, it’s taught me patience, strength, and a whole new kind of love.

for families like mine, it’s about understanding, acceptance, and support every single day.
